Professional Skills

I am an optimist with a multicultural background, an intense curiosity, and a deep love of people. Whether it's studying in Germany, teaching in Korea, practicing yoga in Thailand, or collaborating with international design teams, my story is one of human connection. Much like my life, my design embodies freedom within the form. It exists within a sound theoretical framework while pushing the bounds of creativity and innovation. I manage high-impact projects, while balancing the needs of the team, the learners, and the stakeholders. The image below depicts essential skills I've developed during my journey.

What People are Saying

"Catherine's professionalism, resourcefulness, and creative design thinking makes her an instrumental member of any team she's on. Not only can Catherine critically think about complex problems, but she is able to articulate holistic solutions in a way that makes sense to any stakeholder."

Amanda Martin, Ph.D

Senior Instructional Designer at INE

"Working with Catherine is a true pleasure. It is rare to collaborate with someone who displays both great professionalism and deep empathy. Her design skills and knowledge of educational and design theory are impressive, and her commitment to inclusiveness and accessibility make her projects stand out above the rest. A natural leader, Catherine puts people at ease and inspires her teams to bring their best to the table every day."

Angelica Fell

Journalist and Director of the Freie Bühne München, an inclusive theater

"I have worked with Catherine on the development of two online German language courses and have thoroughly enjoyed working with her. She brings to the table what I believe most companies are looking for: superior work ethic, ability to work in a team as well as independently, excellent communication skills, an eagerness and ability to learn new technology. It was a pleasure working with Catherine and I would not hesitate to work with her again in the future."
